At The Narragansett Beer Shop!, we want you to love your gear as much as a cold lager on a summer day. If your order isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your original packaging.
Drop Off the Package
Securely seal your items and drop the package off at any authorized shipping carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects the returned merchandise, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
